Plot summary

Mork is upset with Mearth's messy lifestyle, suggesting a sleepover with his friends if he can clean up his act. After a few days of being a good boy, both Zelka and Ovits arrive for a visit. Ovits takes one look at Earth and reaches a conclusion: "and I thought Pluto was tacky!"

Mork's response to an explosion in Mearth's room: "sounded like a loud noise!" Ovits leaves with the Orkan beam, but Zelka responds to Mearth's request to sleep over. A men's magazine centerfold finds Mindy concerned about teaching her son about 'the birds and the bees,' especially after Mearth asks for a stethoscope to use on Zelka. In conclusion, Orson reveals that he's grown tired of Mork reporting about parenthood.

Trivia

  • Mork says he saw Popeye once. Robin Williams starred as the title character in the film, which was shot between the second and third seasons of Mork and Mindy.
  • The "Pajama Game II" episode continues the Orkan school storyline, with Maureen Arthur returning as Zelka, and Harvey Lembeck back as Ovits, in what turned out to be his final performance (broadcast two days after his untimely death at age 58).
